Here's a 1941 Epiphone Century in Sunburst finish. Rare original example of one of the earliest electric guitars made. Overall the guitar is in nice condition. There was a neck repair towards the heel, which is solid and completely structurally sound. The Century's built in this body style and size, were made from 1939-1941, then went on to change after that. It measures 13 1/4," with a 25.5" scale. The neck profile is a pretty standard medium C, and really plays great. The action is low, and there's still plenty of room in the bridge for future adjustments. The pickup is the original blade style and sounds super cool and unique. It's a lower output, mellower tone. We may never see one of these again! CBC included...
