PRS USA Pickup

Up for sale is a PRS USA pickup. For the life of me I cannot recall what guitar or which position I had this pulled from. I do my best to photograph it and throw it on the meter as shown in the photo to measure the ohms. What you see in the photo is what is being offered (not the multimeter:).
