The first guitar of many, the Fender Bullet!

This is an early Bullet, made prior to the sale of Fender that resulted in two years of Fender manufacturing occurring primarily in Japan.

The guitar has been out and about.  There are dongs through the finish and wear throughout.  However, the frets are in pretty good shape.  The pickguard must have failed at some point.  It was replaced with one made by our friend and neighbor, Paul Chandler.  There are no new screw holes or changes caused by the pickguard change.

The rest of the guitar is original.  It plays really well for a guitar of its price range.  The truss rod was checked and there is room for adjustment if needed in the future.
