Alright, I've had this guitar for 3 years and never play it. Its and amazing guitar and I am a gigging musician and play my guitars. But, also out if my 5 other Music man guitars this one plays the smoothest, low low no buzz action.
Unfortunately this one has always felt too rare to play. I guess thats the hard part about owning a one of a kind guitar? So, I've decided to let it go. Its definitely a collectors piece. This ernie ball music man guitar is serial numbered as a Steve Morse Y2D Dark Lord built may 2nd 2016. Originally when I reached out to music man it came up as a 2018 (the year it went out to the dealer) shortly after they corrected it to its original build date.
It was originally built as a test guitar for Jazzmaster pickups (to my knowledge ernieBallMusicMan has no guitars with these pickups) making it extremely rare. After the person working on this project retired, the guitar was sold to a dealer for a guitar show in Philadelphia as a one off vault piece. This guitar is super rare and in excellent condition with the original hardshell case. Only players wear is light swirling here and there. This guitar will make some guitar collector very happy 😊
