This replaces the output jack and battery module on a Dean or Luna guitar. It provides USB and instrument level output plus a 9 volt battery compartment to power the onboard preamp. It will replace Dean, Luna and other brands that have preamps made by Belcat. (you can see the logo on the circuit board). I'm sure you can modify lots of other preamps to work with this is you need a new battery compartment or output jack or to upgrade wo a USB output.
