CRAIG’S POV:
Bryan Galloup needs no introduction. He and his school of Luthiere are legendary in the guitar community:

"I make one guitar at a time, using aged tonewoods. These woods are the finest available anywhere; I've been acquiring and storing the wood I use today for over 30 years.

"As a luthier and musician for 35 years, I know the importance of having your guitar match your playing style. I've made it my mission to create the finest quality instrument, with beauty and tone exactly suited to the performer." - Bryan Galloup

Our current offering, a beautiful 2005 Galloup Borealis model, is an elegant and sophisticated guitar, expressively built with only the finest woods and artistry. From the rare "tree-flamed mahogany" (not to be confused with THE TREE) to the Laskin-inspired arm bevel, this is a player's dream; comfortable to hold, lovely to gaze at, with a well-balanced and wonderfully rich tone. The low register speaks with that clear woody mahogany balanced quality, while the upper register rings with an articulate and bell-like chime.

The fit and finish are exquisite, and the perfectly carved neck profile makes me smile.

This 2005 Galloup Borealis should be on your radar if you are in the market for expertly built next-level acoustic, with some of the nicest flamed mahogany I've seen.
