Robin RV2 1983 - Solid Red Super Rare color (usually Translucent Sunburst)

This is a fantastic 100% original(except the missing bridge pickup cover) Robin RV2 ..... it plays and sounds as good as it looks and that is to say Fantastic! These guitars are amazing and never really got the attention that they should have. These normally came in sunburst over a flame top veneer, to find one in solid red is rare and it so happens that is the one that Eric Johnson selected for the add shots that he did that is in the included poster. Also included in the sale is a stage used Eric Johnson pick from the early 80's as well as Eric's Signature on piece of paper.. The guitar itself is amazing, but this makes a great package, the large picture is ready to frame and would look great hanging next to the guitar! In researching this guitar we found that Eric Johnson received 3 of these prior to the Photo Shoot for the add in the poster, for sure 2 of the three were traded back in over time to a local guitar store years ago and so no way to know for sure if this was one of the three that went him or not. This is a great package for any EJ fan and the The Guitar ROCKS!!!! comes with it's original Hard Shell case.
