C Stroh Custom "Wyrm" 2017 Aged Blackend Cedar Gloss Relic

My latest custom. Built in Hawkins, Tx. 

9 piece Cedar spruce body with custom forearm contour and belly cut. Set
maple and rosewood neck.

24 3/4 scale. 22 fret.

Neck has a 16inch radius and a medium C profile.
Hand made bone nut.
Nut width is 1 5/8.
E to E string spacing is 1 5/16.

Great guitar for someone with smaller hands.

Has custom mosaic pin fret markers and brass ring side
markers.

Frets are medium jescar stainless steel .050 tall and .104 wide.

Tuners are hipshot classics.

Bridge and stoptail are Gotoh.

Knobs are inlayed with the same mosaic pins that are used in the neck. Brass switch tip.

Electronics are bourns no friction 500K volume and tone.

.022pf tone cap.

Jack is a Switchcraft mounted in a billet aluminum electrosocket. Practically an indestructible setup.

Pickups are the Seymour Duncan Sentient and Nazgul Trembucker set.

These are the best pickups I've used in a while. From jazzy cleans to drop tuned mayhem, they've got it. I Love em.

The whole guitar weighs 6.6 lbs.

The design and function of this guitar was to build a reverse offset guitar that was lighter and better balanced than any production guitar of similar build.

This guitar performs this function very well. With the custom contouring, redesigned lighter headstock, and the lighter Hipshot tuners, it rest very comfortably when sitting or when standing with a strap. In short, It doesn't have the neck dive usually associated with this type of guitar.

This guitar is a relic in its self. The cedar used for the body was well over 70 years old when it was reclaimed. Its dry, light and fully cured. The finish is washed and aged appropriately with the body wood. The clearcoat is a thin gloss poly on the body and a thin satin poly on the neck.

This guitar has been played and has a few play marks here and there on it. They suit the theme very well and overall the guitar will age nicely. With the stainless frets, bullet proof hardware and electronics, this is a machine that will take years of use with minor maintenance.

The guitar will be sent with a washburn offset gig bag.

Its currently strung with ernie ball beefy slinkys 11 to 48.
