Very clean amp, excellent condition. KT88's are properly biased and are well matched (operating within 2.5 mA of each other when checked recently). No footswitch included.
It's not easy to liken the Krankenstein+ to any other manufacturer's amp 'cause this thing has it's own sound. The interaction between the "Main Master" and "Master 1" knobs allows for a wide range of tones. Tons of heavy metal and thrash tones for days, and with a "clean" boost in front it does really good brutal extreme metal tones. There's only a couple youtube vides that do this amp any justice; most of the youtube videos sound very buzzy/harsh/raspy, which this amp is capable of if you dial it in like a chimpanzee, but there is indeed a ton of great tones in this amp.
This is the "+" version with the upgraded transformers and takes 6550 or KT88 tubes. The power section of this amp is an absolute beast.
