Kurzweil K2600R Rackmount Digital Workstation Sound Module 1990s - Black

I have for sale my Kurzweil K2600R Sample Playback Synthesizer in near MINT condition from the original owner. Serial # S480090Q0424

This unit was purchased new and mounted into a professional dust free and climate controlled machine room. It has never been moved until we decommissioned this and other gear we are selling. 

We describe gear as "Near Mint" when it is in exceptional shape both cosmetically as well as the internal components. The complete lack of dust or any other contaminants on these units as well as the obvious single-installation characteristics (super clean rack rails and mounting components) makes these as close to perfect as can possibly be expected for a unit of this age.

There are some very minor scuffs that occurred when other gear was inserted or removed from the rack it was mounted in. 

In addition to our testing we replaced the battery with a brand new one prior to this listing. 

We do not use the Analog or Consumer inputs on any of our gear. We have very specialized A to D converters which we would put up front and send the AES signal directly to the rear sampling input. Consequently you will not see the Consumer analog or optical inputs on the front of this model

This is a very high quality unit, however we are clearing rack space and no longer have a need for it.
