Guild - Tom Hamilton's Aerosmith, Ashbory "Hotel" Bass, Blue (#55)

We just received about 120 basses, guitars and amps from Tom Hamilton of Aerosmith. Tom is a founding member of Aerosmith. After 50 years in one of the hardest touring bands ever, he’s accumulated so much gear that’s he’s asked us to help put it in the hands of people who can appreciate  it as much as he has. This gear has made rock and roll history. Now it’s your turn to take it, and make your own rock history.

This Guild Ashbory bass was Tom's touring "hotel room" bass for decades. This bass would be in Tom's hotel room, ready and waiting for inspiration to strike. We can only imagine how many legendary Aerosmith bass lines were born on this bass in the wee hours in Tom's room at The Four Seasons.

It remains in excellent condition with only the slightest signs of wear, possibly because Tom would have been wearing a plush hotel bathrobe like the personalized 2001 tour robe in the photo (Tom's robe is available in a separate listing).

From the Tom Hamilton, Aerosmith Collection. The bass includes a soft shell case, one of Tom's pics and a COA signed by Tom Hamilton.

Serial Number: #AJ10
