About This Listing

Morris Stratocaster MST model, sunburst color. Made in Japan in the 70's.

Estimated copy from 1973.

"Morris" is one of many brands (like Greco, Aria, Gallan, Gaban etc...) that emerged in the 70s to produce excellent Fender and Gibson copies.

The Morris brand, during the 1970s-1980s period was one of the first factories to remake the major American brands in Japan.

The Morris brand still exists in Japan, and is more specialized in high-end acoustic models.
