Below were comments from a Reverb peer on this particular make:

This guitar is actually a Spanish Madrid and Valencia guitar made by one of the best luthier who decided to make guitars for Mariachi school of guitars. The Spanish Luthier teamed up with another Mexican Luthier who made the best guitars in the World. This Spanish turned to Mexican Luthier had the greatest stock pile of Vigured Brazilian Rosewood in the entire world. His early edition of guitars were the most beautiful wooded guitars ever seen. The great Spanish Luthiers were not able to find the enriched Brazilian Rosewood that the Valanciana Luthier had. The guitar label is iconic. The guitars were the best ever built. Did my research with the Jose Ramirez guitar. The guitar has a great vintage Label. Made in Mexico but really was Made in Valencia, School of Madrid.
