Made in Japan - 1983 Vantage VP825 solid body electric guitar. Professionally set up. Great player...awesome sound. Body is Japanese walnut with a laminated maple /walnut centre stripe. Gloss finish. There are a few minor bumps and blemishes as indicated in the photos. Frets are in good shape with lots of life left in them. Maple set neck, rosewood fretboard. Great sounding original Matsumoku HB pickups. Original electronics feature coil taping and phase switching options for a wide variety of tones from strat-like single coil chime to down and dirty, full on LP crunch. The pup selector switch has been replaced (original has a broken tip) as well as the nut. New locking tuners (NO new holes drilled to install). Original vintage brass nut, original vintage switch (functional) and the original Vantage branded tuners are all included as shown. Hard shell case is optional ($150 value)
