Designed by former Gibson Custom Shop engineer Greg Rich, this 2005 early serial number (000051) is a gem in great condition. Upgraded with a Fishman Archtop bridge pick up, this beauty plays and sounds amazing holding tuning at the 12th fret! The pick guard is bowed.
The LH-500 is an all-solid wood archtop, with the unique feature of a center sound post, which if amplified, has a great anti-feedback property even at higher volumes. There was a limited quantity of these made according to the manufacturer.
There are superficial clear coat scratches through out the guitar but no dings, dents, or wood scratches. comes with and ships in a used hard case.
