Cameron Atomica Modded Marshall by Dave Friedman

For sale is an amazing once-in-a-lifetime amp.

This amp started its life as a 2002 Marshall Super Lead. This is one of the good ones from before when they started putting the effects loops and cheap transformers. So to start out, we have an excellent donor amp.

Then, this excellent donor amp was modded by Dave Friedman with a Cameron Atomica mod. You might wonder how Dave would know how to do one of Mark's mods. The answer is that in the early 2010's Brad King from Rig-Talk became business partners with Mark Cameron to try and build Cameron amps on a larger scale. They involved Dave as a business partner to advise them, as he is both an excellent amp builder and has expertise in building a boutique amp brand from the ground up. As part of that business partnership, Dave got access to all the Cameron production schematics. That's how Dave knows how to do all Mark's mods (or at least the mass-production-ready version of the mods).

So this is basically a *BETTER* Cameron because it's done by Dave. No goop or silicone spray or clowning around. Just pure tone! If you've never played a Cameron, you're in for a real treat because they are extremely forgiving amplifiers; they take everything you do and make it cooler/better/easier. I've owned multiple Camerons in the past and this one has that Cameron sound.

This is a 100w one channel amp with a three-way bright switch on the front that also adds extra gain. Channel 2's volume control is now a Gain control and Channel 1's volume control is the master volume. On the back, there is the "high/low" switch which will add in the Jose-style clipping diodes, and a Thump knob to control the low end punch. Other than that, it's classic Marshall controls all the way. The amp has some nicks and scratches (most notably part of the "h" in the Marshall logo is broken), but it's fully functional and sounds amazing with no issues.
