Tokai Japan Talbo - Seymour Duncan/Dimarzio's w/Wood Body (Black)

Tokai Talbo (short for Tokai Aluminium Body) guitars were introduced in 1980 and usually feature a cast aluminium body with a chamber underneath the pickguard. This one however features a wood body (looks to be alder) to give the Talbo shape with a more traditional tone. Rosewood board and a black painted maple neck, loaded with a 5-way selector and HSH pickups (Seymour Duncan Hot Rails in the neck, Dimarzio PAF Pro in the bridge and an unbranded alnico single coil in the middle), this one weighs 3kg's.
Very clean used condition as pictured with a few light signs of wear and tear. Truss works well and the frets have plenty of life unused, given a basic setup and restring prior to listing.
