Here we have a rare historical guitar, made in Italy, Catania. Luthier Paolo Gaetano, label is inside. All woods are solid and the guitar is playable and sounds amazing, without buzzing and dead spots.Back and sides are made of maple. The guitar was made in the late 1940's or in the early 1950's. Action is a little bit too high for jazz but it is playable.The action can be lowered at the bridge (sanding). It needs some love and care. Many old repairs are visible but no open cracks.
