I bought this to travel but my job changed and I am not traveling anymore. Not only comes with the guitar, but also an iPod with the iRig guitar and headset attachment AND "Slash Amplitube" software. Everything you ever need to practice or even play on the road.
The is a full-scale guitar where the headstock is removed and the strings wrap around the bridge. Tuners in the middle. Guitar is electric with one pickup and has a detachable wing so it feels like a full-size guitar. Comes in original box but with a carry-on travel bag and all the following accessories:
Guitar, iPod, iRig software and hardware (guitar and headset connections), Slash Amplitube Software already paid for and loaded. The guitar cost me $399 new just a few months ago, plus iRig is $29 and Amplitube is $15. I put the entire package together for you so all you need are cables and a headset. Amplitube gives you the Slash Marshall sound AND lets you pick songs from the iPod playlist (add your own) and play along with those songs!
This is the perfect practice rig - even if you use a different guitar at home, and just this one on the road. Small enough for carry-on, fits very easily in any car.
