Super Rare Suzuki Mockingbird Late 70's Early 80's

This is the Holy Grail!! I was lucky enough to acquire this "As Brand New" 1979 or 1980 Suzuki clone

of a BC Rich Mockingbird. I do use the term clone loosely, as I don't know if it mirrors the Rich model exactly.

It was crafted by the famed Matsumoku guitar plant in Japan. The build quality is spectacular.

I cannot describe accurately the condition, other than it is NEW! there is zero fret wear. There are no dings. There are no scuffs, no buckle rash, no buff swirls. There is a little tarnish on the tuner buttons, which I did not attempt to polish off. It was apparently a dealer demo model that was never demoed. I cannot prove this, however, it is what I was told. The previous owner never played it. It was kept in its case for all these years.

The only thing I did was to oil the fretboard and give the frets a quick clean. New .01" strings were installed. I did plug it in to test and it is Perfect! The neck is true, the action low. The Tones from this guitar are fantastic. Very versatile. I can go on and on. When you open the case, your jaw will hit the floor, as mine did.
