Silvertone Model 1319

Someone let's out the secret and now these are getting snapped up like wildfire.
This is a Silvertone Lap Steel Model 1319 which was in production from 1947 -1954. It features (what most people are NOT aware of) a Gibson produced P-13 pickup. The earlier version (please correct me if I am wrong) are like the one shown here with a flat, smooth "speed bumb" sans pole screws poking out through the "bump".
Sounds absolutely stellar regardless and in part due to its age. Absolutely zero functionality issues whatsoever. A few blemishes are part of the deal, but let's be real about this beauty's age and how far it's come!
Why is this cool besides its age? These pickups were (again, please correct me if I'm wrong) all hand-wound. In other words, no two will sound exactly alike as production then was far less regulated from a spec standpoint (aka machine wound/made) than it is today.
