So, offered here is a very special and limited run Guild. It is the D 55 5oth Anniversary. They made only 50 of these particular models and this is #23 of 50. The guitar is in exceptional condition with no issues whatsoever. No cracks, breaks or separations. The neck angle is excellent with a whole lot of saddle remaining. In fact, it looks to me like the saddle height has never been touched. It comes in it's special 50th Anniversary Guild HSC also in excellent condition. The case handle and all latches work as they should. So, here are a few specifics for you: -Solid Engleman Spruce top -Solid Brazilian Rosewood back and sides -No electronics -Ebony fingerboard and bridge -Beautiful abalone fingerboard inlays -Abalone G shield logo on the headstock -Special abalone "G 50 years" inlay on the 12th fret -Engraved TRC -High end case with the 50th Anniversary plate attached -Low E string height of about 3/32" at the 12th fret with mucho saddle remaining I have boatloads of acoustic guitars (primarily Guild) and at this point in my life I've come to realize that I've had the pleasure and honor of owning them and playing them for as long as I have but that it's time to reduce my guitar levels to a more sane level.
