Cool old Elk FS-21 solid state 1x12 combo with spring reverb and built-in fuzz. Made in Tokyo in the late ‘60s or early ‘70s. Has a two-spring reverb pan. Functions as it should. Some minor dings to cabinet but overall quite clean cosmetically. There’s a dent in the speaker’s aluminum dust cover but it doesn’t have any effect on sound. Fender-ish cleans and surprisingly good reverb. It has a cool transistor-y break-up as well as that bouncy-feel of an old tube amp. Amp’s fuzz effect can be turned on and off. It works as it should, but if I wanted fuzz, I‘d kicked on a pedal instead. I use a SHO boost and a Fairfield Circuitry Barbershop with it for that dirty Silvertone garage tone and it sounds great. Lightweight & portable amp that’s ideal for practice or recording. Has a three-prong, grounded plug installed. Will carefully pack and ship insured. Feel free to message me with any questions. Thanks!
