1968 Airline N720 - Natural Flattop

For your consideration is this wonderful American made Airline Flattop. Those were made by Valco. The guitar features mahogany back & sides, a wonderfully wide grained spruce top, a maple neck, shaped in a c-profile and an East Indian Rosewood fretboard.

The guitar is x-braced and features Nationals bolt on construction. The hardware and the lacquer of the guitar are fully original. The guitar plays nice all over the fretboard and sounds like a typical folk-guitar from the late 1960s. I really enjoy playing it.

The condition is good. The guitar has some stresscracks in the laqcuer, one in the centerseam on the top, and also one at the back of the headstock. Both are minor and finish only. If you are into well made but somehow weird American guitars, this might be for you.
