Marshall JTM-45 MK-II 1965-66
A very original example, including most of its pots, the mains, and output transformers and choke. Sounds as good as you would expect, we are very excited to have this legend to try out in our store!
The black Tolex is all original with the exception of the re-covered back panel (changed panel mounting screws) and it has the original carry handle. There is slight damage to the Plexi front panel, this often happens on these amps. The Block logo is a reproduction as this would have originally been a “Script” logo. Original “Pegboard” circuit board. A few capacitors and resistors have been changed during its life, but it does have its original smoothing capacitors. The grey cabinet feet are original.
The valves are as follows 2 x RCA 6L6 output valves, and 1 x Mullard TZ34 rectifier valve. The pre-amp valves are 1 x Pinnacle 2 x unbranded. All valve bases are in very good condition. See photos listed as part of the description of this amplifier.
The serial number 5263.
