Something not only for big collectors and Ozzy tribute bands . This one looks a little bit versatile as it doesn't scream so much that it is Wylde's model . Epiphone Les Paul Zakk Wylde becomes as legendary as the Gibson version (but far from Gibson's price) . Used on stage by artists like the legend himself , Frank Iero (My Chemical Romance) , Joe Walsh (The Eagles) , Ferdinando Marchisio (Forgotten Tomb) .
Mine is from the Korean factory from 2005 which produced in those years "Custom Shop" line that were loaded with EMG HZ passive pickups (also the Buzzsaw was produced under this line of production). Later production of Wylde's model moved to China in which they were putting EMG 81/85 , but only the Bullseye was in production . I'm not big expert on Epiphones changes during history (so many changes on headstocks), but I do know that the bottom horn of Korean LP Epis is slightly thinner than in the later Chinese models where the horn is a bit rounder. All original Camos have the same graphics on front .
Anyway , the body looks perfect . The neck also looks well. Definitely worth checking and collecting .
I will send it in a case . I have experience in sending instruments worldwide . I use usually Fedex outside Europe.
