- The Gibson Custom Historic '60 Les Paul Special Single Cut Reissue features a mahogany body, Slim '60s neck with rosewood fretboard, and two soapbar P90s.
- Available in VOS and Gloss TV White, TV Yellow, and Faded Cherry. Also produced as a Double Cut
- VOS finishes are slightly duller, and meant to simulate a vintage patina. Gloss finishes originally retailed for slightly more than VOS models.
- Produced with minor variations until 2018 when it was reintroduced with new finishes.
