This is a very nice Alvarez 12 string. Made in Japan in 1980, it is a true vintage piece of gear today. It has a few minor cosmetic flaws I tried to capture in the photos, but nothing that effects the playability. A premium Gator brand hard case fitted perfectly for this guitar is included in the price. The case is in brand new condition. Comes from a smoke-free home.
