Airline Rocket 110 Steel Guitar 1964 - Blk / Wht

1964 Airline Rocket 110 lap steel with 3 height adjustable removable legs with original wing nuts and rubber anti skid feet. Play it level, or lean it towards or away from you for comfortable playing angle. Or tilt end to end. Sadly, this fine instrument is missing its original logo. I purchased a copy years ago but the pins on it dont quite match the original holes so I never forced the issue. Had nothing to do with playablity or the sound of this fine steel anyway. Part of the silk screen on the pickup/bridge cover is also rubbed away, evidently from playing it. Missing p-up mounting screw appears to either be twisted off in the bridge base or was not punched all the way through on the punch press it was manufactured on. Case is in fine condition for its age. All hinges and latches work as they should. Even the spring latch in the middle. The plating shows age but who of us this age dont have skin flaws? All of the metal feet (8) are also intact. 2 tone Ostrich skin Tolex is in good shape as well. Currently tuned to E minor for wailing some Pink Floyd, One Of These Days! To the moon, Alice!!!
