Hi. This is a REALLY RARE Format. 1 inch 4 track, headstack AND block as pictured . .

NOTE -LOADED 2 PLAYBACK heads - and ONE EARSE HEAD

WITH HEAD BLOCK AND 3 MOUNTING SCREWS - AS PICTURED . .

I know this is really weird - but they both have the same part number and id. . . go figure . .
