If you’ve been waiting for the “right” Champ to come along, this Silverface may be the one. Made in Fullerton CA in 1979, the old girl has the looks and the heart. Sounds exactly like you’d expect - 5+ watts of glorious vintage tone. Warm and tubey at apartment levels, amazing when cranked or mic’d. Front end loves effects. Original owner was an engineer who babied it in his home; has since remained in my humidified, smoke-free studio. See small dent in photos. Nice custom cover.
