Kimaxe vintage super strat electric guitar

This listing is for a vintage Kimaxe super strat styled electric guitar. Can't really find out a whole lot about these guitars, but I can tell you plenty about the specifics on this one, as I've done a lot of work to it. The original pickups and electronics have all been replaced, with the pickups being upgraded to a set of GFS Li'l Killer rail humbuckers. The body had to be modded in order to get them to fit, hence the pickup mount plates to cover the routed areas. It also got a complete rewire with new pots, caps, jack, etc. The bridge was also replaced, as the original one was made of cheap pot metal, and was crumbling to pieces. The finish has yellowed over the years to a nice creme color, which almost matches the color of the pickups....pure coincidence. Not sure what type of wood the body is made of, but I suspect it's laminated. It received a professional setup some time last year, but hasn't seen much action since. Plays well, sounds good. Thinning the herd some more, so this one, and a few others are up on the block.
