1959 Gretsch Single Anniversary Model 6125 Hollow Body Guitar - Smoke Green
Up for sale, a 1959 Gretsch Single Anniversary model 6125 in very good condition and perfect working order. Finished in original two-tone Smoke Green, and featuring a single "Patent Applied For" Filter'Tron humbucker, this Gretsch is simple, sleek, and incredibly fun to play. The 6125 offers some of the most desirable features of any Gretsch model. Aside from the bridge, this Gretsch is 100% original. Cosmetically, the guitar exhibits wear such as some light scratches and paint chips. Most notably on the neck heal, there is a minor indentation as well as a finish spilt where the neck meets the body. This wear can be seen in the pictures. All wear mentioned is strictly visual and is not affecting the overall integrity or sound. The guitar is in great overall shape and is ready for stage and studio use!
The guitar has been professionally set up in-house which includes a fresh set of strings, polish and clean, oiling the neck, spraying out the pots, and setting the string height at a low-to-medium action.
