Light ash body, ebony fingerboard. painted threee piece comfortable maple neck.
What originally came with this bass, the Dimarzio made IBZUSA C2 P/J pickups and the three position toggle switch and eq sweep, Ibanez Power Curve system has been removed to be replaced with original J50/P50 pickups and vol/balance/tone pots complete wiring from an Ibanez RD727 bass.
(the original pickups are long gone but complete active preamp wiring is included with this sale , the toggle switching is moved to an extra one to make sure the wiring schem is complete without confusions, the original toggle switch-though only a dummy now- is on the bass itself to keep the looks original. the potential buyer just feel free to add a feature to this bass via the already on board on/on/on toggle!)
If you know the original 90s MIJ RD700 series they are in-your face straight ahead hard rock bass guitars with basswood body and rosewood fretboards.
These pickups/wiring on this light ash body, ebony fingerboard SR1000 give a bony throttling full range performance, guess the mod was therefore well-thought. A bit different than the detailed and filtered original setup, with the ease of not having to worry about battery changes :)

The bass has a few dings, scratches and finish flaws, two rather big repaired chips but other than that has no issues and is technically in decent condition. No breaks, cracks nor repairs, neck is straight, truss-rod works fine, frets are %90
Original Schaller locking stap buttons in black.
Comes with a nice Ritter gigbag.
Recently has been cleaned & set-up strings are a semi-new Daddario XL 45-100 set.
will be very well packed in carboard box.
