Atkin Hawaiian Master
The Roy Smeck Model
Known as the “Wizard of the Strings”, Roy Smeck could play just about any instrument that he laid his hands on – but when it came to guitars, he loved slope shoulder instruments, with a wide nut and 12 frets to the body.
The big, lightly-braced body with a shorter scale length delivers incredible tone: sweetness with power.
Atkin currently make around 6 of these guitars a year and they don’t just go to Roy Smeck fans – they can be a great part of any musician’s arsenal.
