The ultimate in dark, woody, warmth! This vintage 1940s WFL drum is made with a 3-ply mahogany poplar mahogany shell with solid maple reinforcement rings. Its 6.5" depth and 6-lug design promote warmth and resonance. This drum is incredible tuned medium to low and works well in rock, folk, blues, etc. Don't miss out!
Condition notes:
- Very good shell; scratches and dents on the outside, exterior polished with lemon oil
- Very good hardware; all original nickel hardware except for new replacement COS hoops, former owner (likely a school) etched into one lug, lubricated strainer and greased tension rods
- Very good heads; original WFL calf skin batter head, Evans Snare Side 300 head, 20-strand Puresound Blasters wires
