I have collected for over 30 years, and my understanding is that there were only 40 of these Gold Top guitars made in 1988 and signed by Les Paul himself, which makes them very rare guitars indeed!
I’ve seen photos of a few others that have been damaged with broken headstocks or routed for humbucking pickups, which means that there are even fewer of these rare beauties left in the world.
All original, unmolested parts, with no breaks or repairs. Gibson "Chainsaw" case included. I have additional paperwork and certificate of authenticity. Please, no lowball offers.
