This is a Vandoren A28 Classical Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece. It was purchased in 2010, and was used solidly for 1 year, and used only sparingly since. As such, the mouthpiece is in absolutely impeccable condition, minus the wearing away of paint on the mouthpiece.
It is ideal for the university or professional player seeking a warm, dark, rounded saxophone sound perfect for classical soloist, chamber, quartet, orchestral, symphonic, or concert band settings. The Vandoren A28 does it all for anyone who wants an excellent mouthpiece model of professional quality that will allow them to discover their own sound and project it accordingly for audience enjoyment.
There are no flaws on the mouthpiece besides the paint that has worn - other than that, it is as close to fresh out of the box as you will find for a used mouthpiece of this kind. It will be sold with the original box.
