1989 Gibson Les Paul Standard 59 Reissue (aka Pre Historic Les Paul). 8.8/8.9 lbs, medium neck (not as big as current 59 reissues).
The guitar plays and sounds great. There are no structural issues or repairs on it.
There is typical cosmetic wear consistent with its age including some worming on the back (nothing through the finish), slight nitro lacquer checking and a few small paint chips on the edges of the body. The guitar still looks very good overall.
The guitar has upgraded electronics and pickups (Seymour Duncan 59s) which really go well with it. It comes in a non-original hardshell case.
Great guitar and priced reasonably (others in better shape have sold for $4k and some are listed for $3.5k plus).
