The RG1120PBZ is an  solid body electric guitar model introduced by  for 2020. It was made in Indonesia as part of the mid-tier  line.

The RG1120PBZ features an American basswood body with a 7mm thick poplar burl top bolted to an eleven piece maple, walnut and purpleheart Wizard neck with an ebony fingerboard with 24 jumbo EVO gold frets, pearloid dot position markers, and luminescent side dots. Other components include a pair of DiMarzio Fusion Edge  with brushed nickel covers, an Edge Pro II  bridge with a removable ZPS3Fe tuning stabilizer, a locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines.

The controls include an "Alter" switch which enables a "power tap" of the pickups to offer greater tonal variety. This arrangement is referred to as the dynaMIX-10 system and is inherited from the .

For 2021 the neck was changed to an eleven piece maple, walnut and bubinga construction.
