Plays great, with good low action.
All electronics work, although I can't figure out the layout of how they work, it appears that they have 2 volume pots, with 3 switches.
The face of the bass has several finish cracks (checking), some look deeper and go into the wood. There looks to be a total of 10 cracks, but does not effect the playability at all.
The back of the neck has a small ding, (see picture).
This Bass is still in good condition considering it's 60 years old.
