Special heat-treated pickupThis guitar gets the “HT” in its name from Ernie Ball’s ingenious heat-treated engineering. Heat treatment increases the output of the pickup while simultaneously improving the pickup’s dynamic range. What that means for your sound is a stronger low end with greater frequency response, resulting in a fuller, rounded out, and more present tone.
