LOMO 82A-12UZ Dynamic Microphone — 1980s, USSR
Up for sale is LOMO 82A-12 Soviet vintage dynamic microphone. This is for real a very unappreciated for recording mic! It sounds even more and more better that you can probably expect from it. Very smooth and warm tone with a great frequency response. Perfect grit for tracking aggressive vocals or heavy/acoustic guitars, they've got a good amount of gain and surprisingly full sounding response. Obviously it's not gonna be used on everything but without question it's a great weapon of choice to have in the arsenal.
