These awesome guitars were introduce in Japan in the late 1960’s, I don’t know how to date the guitar precisely but it’s likely late 60’s or or early 1970’s. Hand made guitar with solid kerfing. Plays and sounds good, nice guitar for this price range.

The guitar is in nice shape, see pictures for condition. Plays well. Saddle has a lot of meat so action could be lowered to your preference. The saddle leans slightly forward so it may be slightly too thin for the slot but it plays well like this so I left it alone. Bridge is securely attached. Tuners are a little stiff but work well and hold tune.
