10-1665   Vintage Kramer DMZ 1000 aluminium neck electric guitar.
The aluminium neck guitars are rising in value all the time and are pretty cool, the Travis Bean guitar value has gone through the roof and the Kramers is slowly following.
This is a used guitar and does have some things to note.
Old refinish to the body and neck inserts , a rich blue base coat with a top clear coat which has aged and checked and looks pretty cool. In some ways a refin is a shame but we think this one looks pretty darn good on this guitar, especially now its worn and aged in appearance.
The electrics have been rewired at some point with the neck pickup being a replacement, its a Dimarzio replica but is plain on the base , the bridge pickup is genuine Dimarzio so we assume its original. The electrics have been checked and are all working.
Original Leo Quan wrap around bridge and Schaller tuners.
Ebanol fretboard.
Lots of wear and marks to the body as previously mentioned. Wear to the paintwork on the back of the neck.
So a cool vintage Kramer but its had a life and some mods over the years.
Plays nicely with new strings (10s) fitted at the time of listing
