This is a B-stock Uluru Koa II Concert ukulele, formerly selling at £449
It was made by the Ayers guitar company in Vietnam under the Uluru brand.
It developed a small split in the back, while being hung on display in a shop window. We accepted it back as a return and repaired the split some years ago and the split has not developed (highlighted on last photo). It's barely visible, can be felt but has been stable for some years. It has been used occasionally so could also be classed as "used". It plays very well and sounds superb.
