This Martin D-45 12 String is Owned by Nancy Wilson of Heart
Serial: 355102 Given the age of this guitar, it's in pretty great shape cosmetically speaking. Just a few light scuffs and scratches here and there. The headstock slots have some chips and lacquer checking as well. The neck has some minor dings. The binding on the fretboard has a few small cracks, but this does not effect playability nor structural integrity.
