Deagan Bandmaster 4.3 Octave Rosewood Marimba This instrument has been fully refurbished to bring it back to life!

• Worn-out wooden legs have been replaced with a height-adjustable Yamaha concert frame (pictures are at lowest height 33")
• Damaged high-end headboard has been rebuilt from scratch
• Bars have been inspected, repaired as needed, and re-tuned to A=442 so it plays nice with contemporary boards
• Rails have been leveled
• Replaced missing and damaged rail cross braces
• Posts have been aligned and re-lacquered
• Instrument and new frame completely disassemble for easy pick-up and transportation
• Braking 4" indoor casters on the player's side of the instrument in full working order
• Scratch and mar resistant lacquer applied to all rails and headboards
• New post insulators and cord

A non-functioning, cosmetic resonator was previously removed from the highest end of the sharps resonators (I'm assuming to improve the ground clearance on the original frame). There is a small part of the lower brace still remaining. Happy to remove it for the buyer if inclined.
Some bars show more wear than others and I don't think my old iPhone recording really does this instrument justice. LOTS of quality sounds left in this board!
A new rosewood marimba will cost more than twice this much... Save $$$ here!
