You will not find a more accurate Frankenstrat replica than what you are seeing here. Even the 300 that Eddie Van Halen himself put out have some discrepancies when you compare it to the photos taken of the Frankenstrat while it was in the “Play it Loud” exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC. When you first look at this guitar you will see stripes, holes, and relic marks that to the average person may look random. I assure you these are not! Every stripe, every scratch every hole, every routered cavity placed on this guitar was mapped out with precision that can only be described as OCD. While you will be hard pressed to find a guitar that is painted more accurately you will be even more so to find a guitar that is using the correct parts. From the 1980’s Crownhead tuners, and the 1971 Denver minted quarter, to the original Floyd Rose tremolo and a Humbucker pickup wound to the specs of the original, the parts on this guitar are very hard to find.

Look at the pictures from the Met and compare them to what you see here. I guarantee you will think you are looking at the same guitar. Hold it in person, plug it in and play it and you might just find the spirit of Eddie Van Halen being channeled through your fingers(ok I went too far).

STRATOCASTER BODY
Stripped of it’s polyester finish to bare wood, pickup cavities routed to the exact measurements of the original to properly house the humbucker and three way switch. Sanding sealer, black, white then red paint applied with precisely mapped out masking in between. Relicing in between paint colors and afterwards to create the finished look.

MUSIKRAFT STANDARD FENDER NECK
2 piece construction Rock Maple, 6105 Nickel Silver frets, 25.5” Scale, 21 frets, Telecaster style heal, truss rod heal adjustment. Aged and burned with cigarette for that lived-in feel.

1980’s Charvel Crownhead Tuners(Not even the 300 limited edition EVH replicas have these)

JALEN ORIGIN ’78 HUMBUCKER.
Built to the same specs as the name brand pup- PAF style, 42awg poly hand wound to 9.0kΩ, alnico 2 mag, nickel base plate with long (1/2") legs, wax potted and putting out 6.1H

PHENOLIC FLATWORK PICKUP
Hand Wound to 10.50K Ohm DC Resistance Alnico 5, 43 AWG Enamel, CCW, North up, Wax Potted with Paraffin and Bee's Wax.(Not wired for sound as per the original)
