Alvarez MIJ 12 string Acoustic Guitar with Hardshell Case. Got this guitar years back from a friend so don't know too much about where it came from before that. Pick guard and case are not original, the bridge does not look original either (looks like carved bone, not positive, see pic). It had a setup done about a year ago but will need new strings. I believe these were made in the 70s-80s. In pretty good shape for its age, has some signs of wear mostly consisting of paint (?) marks and discoloration, tried to include everything I could find in the pics.
